If you use KR files and would like to showcase your work and
get some traffic to your site or group please contact me!
While I'm re-designing the site I am accepting
images and also links to sites that use KR files.
(tubes, alphas, brushes, anything!)
Many of the old "KR Fonts In Use" images are going back up too!
Trading groups and personal sites that use KR files
(PSP, Photoshop, taggers, blinkies, etc.) are all welcome.

I have posted snapshots of items they offered for sale
using my files without permission and until an arrangement
or an agreement has been made between us I really
have no problem exposing these people. Some of these cases
have been ongoing for years! They had no problem
taking my work and offering items for sale/profiting from it
-in full public view- (online) and are now
refusing to be reasonable (IMHO) in addition to being
very rude and even threatening in several cases.
I really am quite tired of all of it. It's a bit more than
annoying. I do hope someday all this can be settled peacefully.

I do ask for a link back and I like to see where the files end up!
I do not allow my files to be placed on archive sites that charge for
their services or ones that charge for cd's of the entire compilations.
The ones that I have found that are doing this without my knowledge
are doing it illegally are will be dealt with so accordingly.
I DO NOT ALLOW my files to be re-distributed on cd
or in compilations for a fee at any time by anyone.
My fonts are for personal and classroom use only.
Do NOT include them in any collection or on place them
on your site available for download without permission.
COMMERCIAL USE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED without a paid license.

Use of KR font files without permission or license is piracy,
aka copyright infringement - licensing fees and penalties will be due
and I DO prosecute.
It can get real messy, PUBLIC and expensive FOR YOU.

If you decide to join the mailing list for updates, PLEASE MAKE SURE you enable your mailbox to accept mail from me. Also, please be sure to keep your mailbox below quota! I can't get mail to you if you won't let me! I've been having to delete several names with each mailing due to full mailboxes and "spam guards" rejecting the mails. |
